Where there is a rate increase during an ad run, the rates on signing will apply to the end of the paid up period. Renewals or subsequent ads will be charged at the new rate. In the unlikely event that this site is discontinued, refunds will be issued to all customers that have time left on their banners. These refunds would be for the amount of time left on the banner, NOT a full refund . UNDER NO other circumstances will refunds be issued.
